Has anyone else had problems using the online renewal system for residents’ parking permits? I now find the system crashed as I was paying, although “My Lambeth” assures me my parking permit is on its way, and the transaction cannot be cancelled online. Getting through on 0300 302 0045 proved impossible after the first conversation, despite avowals that they are available 9 – 5 M – F.
