Have you noticed people running round Brockwell Park every Saturday morning? This is part of a national scheme to get us all fitter by using our local parks. The 5km run starts outside the Lido at 9am and is free to enter. All you need to do is register on the www.parkrun.org.uk web site. Afterwards you can grab a post ParkRun coffee at the Lido Cafe and compare times with your fellow athletes. You can also volunteer to be a marshal by emailing Brockwellhelpers@parkrun.com.
