Lambeth council has confirmed Brockwell Park as the venue for the annual fireworks display after careful consideration of the impact of holding a major event on local transport routes around Clapham during the evening rush hour. Major roads affected by the event include the South Circular road and red routes around Clapham Common. Over 100,000 people are expected to attend the event.
