Tulse Hill Forum AGM Saturday 27th June

    The Tulse Hill Forum is a council funded group whose aims are to provide “a place where local people can get involved in making decisions that affect the Tulse Hill area”.

    They are holding their rescheduled Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27th June at St Martin’s Community Centre, Abbots Park, SW2 3PW, 3:45pm to 6:30pm (two and three quarter hours).

    If anyone is planning on going please let us know.

    Time Table of Events:

    • From 3:45pm
      This will also be your opportunity to sign-up for membership of the Forum, if you have not already done so. Refreshments will be available.
      4pm:
    • 1. Welcome by Chair (as we have a full agenda, the meeting will start at this time).

    • 2. Tulse Hill Toge£her (participatory budgeting).. A representative of each organisation will make a brief presentation and answer any questions.
      5:10pm: voting. Refreshment break.
      5:40pm: Annual General Meeting (AGM) business:
      We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage you to stand for election to the Forum. The nomination form sets out the different roles available and is attached (attachment 2). The completed form needs to be received by no later than close of play on Saturday 20 June 2015.
