We have heard that Brixton Hill Ward Councillors have ensured their residents will be put “top of the list” in a boroughwide review of Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs). We are now waiting for confirmation from Tulse Hill Ward Councillors that our Brixton Hill CPZ ‘Q’ will be included in this review?

For other roads north of New Park Road, we have now ensured that the Council will have a boroughwide review of Controlled Parking that will include consultation on extensions. Subject to confirmation, we have been advised that Brixton Hill is top of the list, thanks to the lobbying of local residents and councillors. There is still a way to go, and consultations are lengthy processes thanks to the legal complexities, but we hope to confirm this in the next couple of months.
