Plans are going well for this year’s Josephine Avenue Street Party on Sunday 1st June. Newsletters are going out to all residents and we have a meeting next Thursday, 22nd May, 7:30pm at 1 Helix Gardens. All welcome.
Here is a summary of how residents can help:
• Come to the the meeting.
• Help set up on the day from 12 midday onwards.
• Volunteer to man the road closure for an hour.
• Bring books for the Book Stall.
• Bring your business cards for the Talent Board.
• If you are a musician or DJ you might like a time slot on the PA system.
• Bring a plant, or plants, to the Plant Exchange table.
• Bring a photo of your pet for the competition.
• Bring your bike to the Dr Bike surgery.
• Volunteer to help out at the Kids Area.
• Invite friends and family.
