The Space for Cycling needed in this area is:
Make cycling to school safer by reducing the volume and speed of motor traffic by closing rat-runs
The area bounded by Christchurch Road, Brixton Hill, Brixton Water Lane and Tulse Hill could be improved for adults and children riding bikes by using filtered road closures to permit motor vehicle access, but stop rat-running between the main roads.
