As usual, the Josephine Avenue Group will be organising a number of Street Cleans during the year to help maintain our environment, clean up rubbish and clear overgrown vegetation. The Lambeth Freshview Team will be on hand to help and provide skips, but we are still reliant on residents to turn up during the day to get the street looking neat and tidy. Tools and equipment will be available, plus refreshments at lunch time. It’s a great way to spruce up our local area, and also a pleasant way of meeting your neighbours.
Residents will be out and about 10am to 4pm on the following three Saturdays – 29th March, 28th June and 11th October. Please make a note in your diary to join us, whether for the whole day, or just an hour or two, whatever you can spare.
