There was a photo opportunity in Josephine Avenue today as Helix Road resident AJ drove her beloved ‘Nobby’, a 0.9 litre Nissan Micra, to the scrap yard after failing its MOT. To honour the car’s 10 years loyal service it was decorated by an illustrator friend so that it would arrive at car heaven in style. Great fun.
