85 Brixton Hill – planning appeal

Last year Mr Asif Ansari, owner of the vacant plot at the Brixton Hill end of the Avenue, was successful in his application to build flats on the footprint of the old property he demolished over twenty years ago. However, his application to build an additional single storey 2 bedroom house in the garden (facing on to Josephine Avenue) was refused.

It is this additional building that Mr Ansari is now appealing to the Secretary of State for planning permission.
